Event Publicity at the RRHEC

Thank you for scheduling your event at the RRHEC. If you would like to publicize your event, we offer the following complimentary options.

This service is for events hosted at the RRHEC only.

RRHEC Website: Currently we offer Special Event Listings on our main web site. This provides a space for a small description of your event and any reservation/requirements for attendance.

Plasma display: We have a monitor with rotating slides displaying events going on in the center in the near future. If you wish to submit any graphics, they must be in a jpg or powerpoint format. All premade slides must meet a 16 x 9 inch dimension requirement. Also, please be aware any slides submitted with a white background will be altered for maximum clarity on the plasma.

Plasma Display

If you would like us to use a pre-made slide, please upload it here. It must be a jpg or ppt format, with a colored background and the dimensions must be 16 x 9 inches.

If you would like us to design a slide for you, please upload any documents, images or logos you would like us to use. If you are sending an image file, please send only high resolution images.
